This workshop will show clearly how to provide your children with the best possible nutrition to help them to grow up healthy and happy.
This lively and interactive workshop takes you on a creative and informative journey. It provides a general overview of the properties of certain foods and how these can be used to support the health, growth and development of children of nursery and primary school age through home cooking with nutritious and fresh ingredients.
This is not a cooking workshop, but you will taste-test many of the foods and products. You will be provided with handouts and recipes.
