Enjoy a 1 hour yoga class followed by a delicious spread of gluten free brunch dishes. All the recipes are designed to help with digestion and energy levels. 

Tamara will be giving a talk about why breakfast is the most important meal of the day and how to eat optimally to set you up for a productive day where you feel energised, focused and excited for the rest of the day.
