Avocados are an excellent source of monounsaturated fatty acids which help protect the skin, they also contain vitamin E, which is a powerful Antioxidant that neutralizes the oxidant effect of free radicals, which are molecules that damage collagen and cause skin dryness, fine lines and wrinkles.
2 slices of rustic whole-meal bread or sourdough, toasted
Pinch of chilli flakes
Pinch of salt
Small handful chopped parsley (optional)
Mash or thinly slice the avocado onto the toasted slices of bread.
Sprinkle the chilli flakes over and squeeze the lime over the toast, sprinkle with salt and parsley.
