Chocolate – Coated Banana Pops
Dairy free, Gluten free, Refined sugar free, Vegan, Vegetarian
Super easy recipe and such a fun activity for the kids.
For the chocolate coating:
4 tbsp Coconut oil (melted)
2 tbsp cacao powder
3 tbsp maple syrup
1tsp vanilla extract
pinch of himalayan salt
For the sprinkles:
Bee pollen, cacao nibs, chopped nuts or seeds, mulberries, freeze dried raspberries
Pop each banana on a popsicle stick. Place on a baking tray and freeze for a minimum of 3 hours
Mix the coating ingredients in a bowl and stir well so there are no clumps.
Dip the banana pop into the chocolate sauce, then immediately into your favourite sprinkles.
